The Asia Clean Blue Skies Program (ACBSP) is ADB's corporate program for improving air quality in Asia and the Pacific. This is one of the programs that will support implementation of pollution pillar, one of the three pillars in the Environment Action Plan (EAP). The program is supporting developing member countries (DMCs) on upstream policies, plans, strategies, capacity building on air quality and at the downstream level identification, preparation and implementation of clean air solutions and investments. The support will be targeted at specific cities, DMCs and regions that face chronic air pollution issues including transboundary pollution.
